Non-integrated loanwords are words that are not yet fully adapted phonologically to the Tsotsil language, because they retain the original sounds of the language they come from. Although some accept the spelling of the Tsotsil alphabet, phonetically they are still pronounced the same as the original word, such as the following examples.
