cf. lexeme 615witiš is from Gojal, i.e., Pakistan Wakhi. It is not in Willson 1999 Basic Burushaski Vocabulary (NIPS, SIL) so does not seem to be a loan from Burushaski. It is NOT used in Tajikistan or Afghanistan Wakhi (confirmed). Is not in Stebelin-Kamensky etymological dictionary, drawn from Tajik Wakhan, which gives 'mur' for cloud.
