Auxiliary verb, used when the subject is doing something while lying down.

Can also be used to describe numerous subjects spread out.

The stress is on the last syllable:  Tuu-YAQ, as in most Kumeyaay words, though the speaker may have been emphasizing the first syllable in this recording.
