Example Sentence:
Kapapanganam ko pa sana.
“I have just led the prayer.”
or:

Morphology:
ka- + initial-syllable reduplication + PANGANAM

ka- + pa- + panganam → kapapanganam

Here pa- represents reduplication of the initial syllable of panganam. It should not be interpreted as the independent causative prefix pa-.

The expression pa sana in the example further reinforces recency: ‘only just; just now.’

Notes:
Kapapanganam differs from the simple perfective nanganam by explicitly locating the completed event in the immediate or very recent past.

Contrast:

• nanganam ako — “I led the prayer.”
• kapapanganam ko pa sana — “I have only just led the prayer.”
• nakapanganamna ako — “I have already led the prayer.”

The genitive-form actor ko occurs because the recent-perfect construction does not follow the same actor-marking pattern as nanganam ako.
