Medicinal values for: headache, fever, gastric problems, dysentery.

  • Root: Roots (rehet) are ground up (rid) and the paste is applied on the forehead (moloŋ) to cure headache.
  • The paste is also used in case of fever (rua).
  • It is given with sugar to cure abdominal pain due to gastric issues.
  • The root (rehet) is powdered (lubuʔ) and given with water (daʔ) to cure blood dysentery.
  • In case a person is poisoned by someone (bis patri) it acts as an antidote to disable the effect of poison given to the person.
