Medicinal values for: wounds, jaundice, irregular menstruations.

  • Bark: The paste prepared from the stem (ɖãʈiʧ) bark (baklaʔ) is applied on the wounds.
  • Stem (ɖãʈiʧ) bark (baklaʔ) is also used to treat jaundice.

Combination use of two plants: for issues during the menstruation period roots (rehet) of koŋgat (Cordia macleodii Hook. f. & Thomson.), [90] hatʰʤoɽ (Vitis repanda W. & A (Vitaceae), and bark (baklaʔ) of sarʤom (Shorea robusta)

  • Boil (hõɽeʧ**)** these together in two (barija) glasses of water (daʔ). When the water (daʔ) turns red (raŋa), sieve (ʧʰakao) the solution and keep it in a bottle.
  • One (mijaʔ) teaspoon in the morning (setaʔ) and one (mijaʔ) teaspoon in the evening (ajup) is given for problems related to an irregular menstruation period (kiʧriʔ kana).
