Literally, "takes care of oneself" from mat "oneself" and peshuw (pecheshuw) "takes care of, waits for"

Imperative "mat kepshuw!" can mean "take care (of yourself)!" or "Watch out! Look out! Be careful!"

Plural mat pecheshuw can also mean "they wait for each other" or "they take care of each other"
