Given by Cuevas as translation for "on the edge". In Mesa Grande dictionary, the noun for "shore, side, bank" is yiir or yiirr, also translated as, "near the edge" or "on the edge", probably as in a noun meaning "place near/on the edge".
Would Cuevas really say "yiryir" to mean "on the edge", or was he reading the dictionary entry "yiir, yiirr" together as if it was one word?
Coincidentally, yiryir is a variant of yareyar "round and flat, circular" used in Los Conejos.
