Primary meaning is "is turned around, twisted"
Can be used on body parts, especially joints, to mean "injured, wrenched, sprained" (see emily tekewank, "has a sprained ankle")
Can be used in a figurative sense to mean someone is "upset" by something
Various plural forms:
tetkewank "they turn it" (singular object)
tetkewaank "they turn them" (plural object)
tetkuuwaank "they are all turned around"
Notice that the first two plurals are transitive while the singular verb is intransitive or passive in sense. There are other transitive singular verbs for "turns it around".
