"Yucca's flower", from 'aakuull "yucca" (specifically, the yucca stalk) and etaph "flower, blossom", (literally, "that which is flowered" from verb wetaph "blooms, flowers". Verbs that are made nouns like this sometimes lose the w-. In other dialects it is kept, such as in Tiipay where "flower" is wetapsh, same as the verb "flowers".
The final "h" may not come out well in this recording.
