Pinaosngaran sompit nyo mga bombiro yo baxey a nasosolo → The firemen aimed/directed their hose at the burning house.

Pinaosngad yo tambotso nyo awto alin sa tagiliran → The car muffler was made to face/point toward the side.
Key semantic notes:
Used for things that “flow out”: water, smoke, exhaust, light, even gaze if you stretch it.
Implies intentional direction. Not just “it faces that way,” but “someone made it face that way.”
Different from just atobang “to face.” Osngad is specifically for streams, nozzles, pipes, outlets.
